Return & Refund Policy

Return shipping cost will be covered by customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order the item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery of your order for a refund or exchange.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by b-shoji.com in its sole discretion, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items sent back without attached tags will not be accepted under any circumstance.

ARRANGING A RETURN:
To arrange a return please email support@b-shoji.com with your account information, order number, product information, reason for return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. We will reply with return shipping label you can use to ship your product back to our warehouse.

Refunds will be confirmed via email. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
